Breanna has been in the Wellness industry since 1997. She obtained her Master’s in Public Health from UC Berkeley in 1999, worked in healthcare over 11 years, became a certified Yoga Instructor in 2009, coordinating and hosting private Sedona Retreats since 2012. She has also been a student of Vipassana meditation since 1991, participating in numerous 3 and 10-day silent meditation courses. She is a student of Marshall Rosenberg’s Compassionate Communication, as well as spiritual teachers such as Pema Chodron, Thich Nhat Hanh, Adyashanti, Gangaji, and others. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, as well as her own healing history, to Sedona Self-Love Retreats.

She feels honored and grateful to offer private Sedona retreats for individuals, couples, families, and friends focused on heart-healing and optimal Self-Love, which boosts joy and improves all aspects of life. She delights in learning about clients, gaining a deep understanding of each person’s issues, blocks, and heart desires, then crafting a uniquely-personalized retreat package. Sadie reminds us of the easy art of living. Long naps, bottomless food bowl, finding pleasure in simplicity. Daily bird watching meditation on a level only the most dedicated monks could sustain. The resident expert on “being”, “doing” only what bemuses her happy spirit. When she talks back, people listen. Her saucy sense of humor makes the fleas cry, while human subjects laugh. Perched atop the Buddha throne at the Self-Love Guest House, where she reigns – longest naps in all the land… May we all take lessons in love and life from the wise animals with whom we co-habitate, and share a light heart.
