Breanna has been in the Wellness industry since 1997. She obtained her Master’s in Public Health from UC Berkeley in 1999, worked in healthcare over 11 years, became a certified Yoga Instructor in 2009, coordinating and hosting private Sedona Retreats since 2012. She has also been a student of Vipassana meditation since 1991, participating in numerous 3 and 10-day silent meditation courses. She practices Marshall Rosenberg’s Compassionate Communication, as well as Eastern spirituality from teachers such as Pema Chodron, Thich Nhat Hanh, Adyashanti, Gangaji, and others. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, as well as her own healing history, to Sedona Self-Love Retreats.
